The Principals:
Charles A. McCutcheon
is the former Sheriff of Palm Beach
County and Chief of Police for the Boca Raton Police
Department, serving over 35 years. Mr. McCutcheon has a Masters Degree In
Public Administration from John Jay College of
Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy . He has been
a consultant on criminal justice issues for
U.S. federal agencies, as well as Latin American countries.
William T. Gist
began his career in security and law enforcement
in 1966 with the US Air Force and is a graduate of Florida
Atlantic University with a degree in Criminology. Mr. Gist served for over
21 years with American Media, Inc as the Director of
Security and joined the Palladium Group. He has been a consultant and expert
witness to law enforcement agencies in the
Southeast United States.
Henry P. Ostaszewski
has 28 years of investigative experience
retiring from law enforcement. Mr. Ostaszewski
studied Criminal Justice at Nova University and is a recognized expert in
the areas of investigations, crime scene
procedures and forensic techniques. A former U.S. Marine, he held the
position of Director of Security for
American Media, Inc. before coming to Palladium Group.
Jeffrey T. Tyson
is a graduate of Barry University and
has over 23 years of investigative experience in the public
and private sectors. He has received specialized training with the DEA, FBI,
IRS and Customs and served as an
investigator with the Federal Task Forces and Colorado Statewide Grand Jury.
Mr. Tyson is an experienced computer forensic examiner and is the director
of the firm's computer forensic lab. He also worked as a
SIU investigator for major insurance carriers.
Robert L. Provost
attended Northwood Institute and
has been an investigator in both public and private sectors
for over 24 years. Mr. Provost has specialized training with the FBI,
Institute of Police Technology and the Florida Department
of Law Enforcement. He has been a polygraph examiner and has specialized
experience in U.S. labor laws, practices, and
employee relations, on local, state and national levels.
